About Miea

Miea (Meay) has more than 30 years of leadership experience, leading teams as well as coaching, training, and developing leaders to lead teams.

 

Prior to creating LeadnLife LLC , Miea served in the United States Army as an Executive Officer of a 200-soldier organization leading them in the Saudi Arabia Desert Storm Conflict. After leaving the military she worked for Consolidated Edison leading power distribution operations for New York City and the surrounding boroughs. She has also worked for several fortune 500 companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honeywell, and The Coca-Cola Company where she led

teams, coached, and trained leadership teams in operational excellence to optimize operations and develop leadership skills.

 

Her leadership style has evolved from the no -nonsense military way of leading to being a servant leader with the philosophy “Put on love before you lead and wear it as your foundational garment.” When she has a question about how to lead in a particular situation she simply ask, “what would love do?”

 

Miea’s leadership experience coupled with her engineering and operations background helps her to facilitate and bring to life, executive leadership coaching, leadership training and development with practicality and application. She works with executives and teams to raise individual and collective performance leading clients on a journey to leadership excellence.
